Both original artwork and prints can be purchased online directly from my website.
If you are interested in an original piece, you can pay for it directly on the site but delivery charges and taxes may be applicable. I am always happy to provide you with any additional information you need, just contact me directly if you need more info.
If you choose to go ahead and buy artwork, you will be charged as soon as your order is processed. Artwork will not be shipped until funds have cleared. All credit card transactions are made through either Stripe or Paypal, (all secure online payment systems). Please note that they do not share your financial information with me.
Original artwork is dispatched within 3-5 working days after payment has cleared and is fully insured (against damage or non-delivery) during transit. Prints will ship directly from the print shop to your residence or office. I mostly use FedEx for shipping of original pieces and I take great care to ensure the work is well packed to avoid damage.
Please contact me immediately, within 48 hours, if your artwork arrives damaged.
A replacement, exchange or a refund will be put in place.
Depending on your location, delivery will normally be made within 10 working days of your confirmed purchase and cleared payment. You will receive an email regarding the delivery date. Delivery times vary according to destination and carriers.
Purchases from some countries may attract duty charges. Responsibility for complying with the Customs & Excise procedures of the destination country and any levied duties rests with the purchaser. I can clarify this for you at the time of quoting, to ensure this is factored into the overall cost for the artwork.
If the paintings got damaged in transit, you will be reimbursed for the full purchase value less all shipping costs once I have received the returned items. The item must be returned in its original condition within 7 days of delivery, in the original or another appropriate packaging, and appropriately insured with your carrier, otherwise, I regret that I will be unable to provide a refund.
The title of artwork ownership will pass to the purchaser upon cleared receipt of payment. Copyright of the artwork will remain with me, the artist. Artwork and designs must not be copied or reproduced in any way.
